Taffo, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has prayed for impleadment of the following incumbent as respondent No.6 i.e. Shri Dorjee Wangchu, Chairman, Village Water Sensitisation Committee in the writ petition being WP(C) No. 226(AP)/2024. It is contended that the presence of said respondent in this case would be necessary for a fair adjudication of the case. Page No.# 3/3 Also heard Shri Y. Riram, learned State counsel and Mr. B. Picha, learned counsel for the respondent No.5, who have not objected to the prayer for impleadment. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the aspect that the presence of the incumbent sought to be impleaded would be necessary for complete adjudication of the case, the instant application stands allowed. The applicant is accordingly required to file amended cause title incorporating the name of the incumbent, Shri Dorjee Wangchu, Chairman, Village Water Sensitisation Committee as respondent No.6 in the writ petition being WP(C) No. 226(AP)/2024.
