The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no.4 in the property bearing No. Khasra No. 609/63, Indra Colony School, Black, Mandawali, District Shahdara (‘subject property’). 2. Counsel appears on behalf of respondent/MCD and submits that a Show Cause Notice in respect of the unauthorized construction has been issued on 23rd April, 2026 in respect of the subject property. Further, a Work Stop Notice has also been issued on the same date to the concerned SHO, P.S. Madhu Vihar. This is a digitally signed order.
