JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer: WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to allow the anticipatory bail petition by directing the Respondent/CCB Police Station to release the Petitioner No. 1 and 2/ accused No.1 and 2 on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.69/2025 registered for the alleged offences under Sec. under 316(2), 62, 319(2), 318(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaza Sanhita 2023 Of Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhitha,2023 which is on the file of Hon'ble Ist Addl. The companion petition i.e. W.P.No.31176/2025 challenges the crime. Criminal Petition No.15501/2025 seeks anticipatory bail. The challenge to the investigation has been accepted and the investigation is stayed in Writ Petition No.31176/2025. 3. In that light, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is rendered infructuous. 4.
