By the present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 44 days caused in filing the appeal filed under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, challenging the order dated 15/11/2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Yavatmal, passed below Exhibit No.365 in Special Case No. 29 of 2020, thereby declined to enlarge the appellant/accused on regular bail, in connection with Crime No. 241 of 2019 registered with Lohara Police Station, District Yavatmal, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951. 2 6appa325.2026.odt 3.
