POONACHA - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010430402026 NC: 2026:KHC:48789 WP No. 19336 of 2026 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "(a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the application filed for stay of operation and effect of the Official Memorandum of dated 17.06.2026 bearing PÁ.¤.C:J¸ï.¹.n:¹Dgï: 20/2026- 27, vide Annexure-F and Official Memorandum dated 18.06.2026 bearing SCT:CRL:20/2025-26 vide Annexure- G both issued by the 4th Respondent which is filed in the unnumbered Revision Petition filed on 20.06.2026 vide Annexure - 'H' before the 2nd Respondent and pass suitable orders within a time period fixed by this Hon'ble Court considering the grave urgency involved in the matter; (b) Issue a Writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the Official Memorandum of dated 17.06.2026 bearing PÁ.¤.C:J¸ï.¹.n:¹Dgï: 20/2026-27 passed by the 4th Respondent at Annexure - 'F' to the present Writ Petition and consequently reinstate the Petitioner as the Pradhan Archak of Shree Yoganarasimhaswamy Temple, Melkote, Pandavapura Taluk, Mandya District; c) Issue a Writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the Official Memorandum of dated 18.06.2026 bearing SCT:CR:20/2025-26 passed by the 4th respondent at Annexure-G to the present Writ petition; (d) Grant Costs; (e) Grant such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity."
