By the instant petition, the petitioner Bhuwan Chandra Joshi is praying for de- freezing of the account which was freezed by the Punjab National Bank. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner already moved representation to the Branch Manager of Punjab National Bank, Branch at Phoolsungi, Rudrapur District U.S. Nagar on 23.02.2026. 5. Since, the petitioner already submitted a representation to the concerned Branch Manager on 23.02.2026 for de-freezing the account, in such view of the matter the instant writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to pursue his pending representation before the Branch Manager and if any representation is made, the concerned Branch Manager may consider and take final decision within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly as per law. 6.
