The petitioner is before this Court seeking modification of the order portion in point No.3 passed in Crl.Misc.No.25022/2026 dated 27.01.2026. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21894 CRL.P No. 4403 of 2026 2. Wherein, the Trial Court has directed the petitioner to mark his attendance before the respondent – Police Station once in a week preferably on every Saturday, till filing of charge-sheet. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and he is studying in final year Bachelor of Engineering in Dayanada Sagar College of Engineering, Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore. The alleged offences are neither punishable with death nor imprisonment for life. The petitioner would abide by the other conditions imposed by this Court. However, the petitioner is seeking relaxation only in respect of point No.3. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is appropriate to modify the condition in such a way, which reads as under: “The petitioner shall mark his attendance once in a month till filing of the charge-sheet”. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21894 CRL.P No. 4403 of 2026 5.
