Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 19.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 5586 of 2025 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail however the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court within stipulated period as the brother of the petitioner met with an accident and suffered multiple injuries and for his treatment the petitioner has gone to Vellore. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the privilege of anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner inspite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, further two weeks time from today is extended to surrender in the light of order dated 19.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 5586 of 2025. 5. The order dated 19.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 5586 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. Rest part of the order is kept intact. 6. This petition is disposed of.
