Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 4. Considering the fact that in Crime No.246 of 2018, the petitioner's name has been deleted and no other criminal case is pending against the petitioner, the 2nd respondent police is directed to issue a Fresh Police Verification Report in favour of the petitioner forthwith. 5.
