Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected thrice by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody since 06.09.2021 has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Nawa Bazar (Palamau) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021 [S.T. No.355 of 2022] for the offence registered under Sections 363/ 34 IPC. The matter involves kidnapping and killing for ransom and his earlier bail application was rejected. Stage of the trial was called for and it appears that five witnesses have been examined. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering that gravity of offence and the earlier rejection, I do not find any change of circumstance, for renewal of bail application. Accordingly bail application, is hereby, again rejected.
