However, the charge-sheet reflects that there are three other independent witnesses. The recovery in the present case is of commercial quantity, as such, until and unless, the evidence of other three independent witnesses is over, at this stage, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer advanced in the present bail application. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of other three independent witnesses is over. 2 The learned trial court is directed to conclude the evidence of other three independent witnesses on priority preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed.
