Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010571932026 NC: 2026:KHC:48653 WP NO.26425 OF 2026 petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner has made representation along with relevant documents to the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to conduct Phodi of the subject land. In this regard, on instructions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application through online seeking Phodi of the subject land. In that view of the matter, if such an application is made by the petitioner, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the same as expeditiously as possible.
