The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.04.09 11:24:28 +0530 2 "10.1 The Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby directing the respondent authorities, particularly Respondents No. 2, 3 & 4, to decide the pending representations (Annexure P/2) moved by the petitioner; 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent authorities, particularly Respondent No. 3 & 4, to release and disburse the payment to the tune of Rs. 3,94,403/- (Rupees Three Lakh Ninety Four Thousand Four Hundred Three only) along with interest, arising out of supplies made under the DKBSSY/PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat) Scheme, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper be awarded in favor of the petitioner, including the cost of the petition." 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-firm, pursuant to requisition issued by the concerned respondent authorities under various Government schemes, supplied various materials to the Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS). After supply of materials, the petitioner-firm submitted bills for payment. It is submitted that no objection or dispute has been raised by the respondent authorities with respect to the said bills; however, despite the same, the payment has not been released. It is further submitted that the petitioner filed representation dated 10.10.2024 (Annexure-P/2) followed by subsequent representation dated 07.01.2025, however, the said representations have not been considered or decided till date. Hence, learned counsel prays that the respondents may be directed to decide the representation dated 07.01.2025 filed by the petitioner, within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if the limited prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material 3 available on record. 5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing concerned respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 07.01.2025 filed by the petitioner, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner may also file a copy of representation dated 07.01.2025 along with a copy of this order. 6. With aforesaid observation and direction, this petition stands disposed of. 7.
