The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 23.07.2025 passed by the respondent no.2-Deputy Director Agriculture, Pilibhit. 2. Learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court the order dated 29.08.2025 passed by the respondent no.4 by which the services of the petitioner was terminated. 3. From perusal of the aforesaid, it is clear that petitioner was given the appointment by the respondent no.4-Managing Director/Authorized Signatory, Avani Paridhi Energy & Communication Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow as outsourcing employee and due to serious irregularities committed by the petitioner the decision in question has been taken. For the reasons best known to the petitioner the order dated 29.08.2025 issued by the respondent no.4 is not under challenge hence Court is of the opinion that present writ petition is not maintainable.
