INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 03rd June, 2025 (Annexures ‘A’ to ‘C’) and 06th June, 2025 (Annexure-D) for conducting Phodi and Durasth of the subject land. 2. Heard Sri. Akki Manjunath Gowda K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Shamanth Naik, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010460622025 NC: 2026:KHC:48651 WP NO.21650 OF 2025 3. Sri. Akkimanjunath Gowda K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner refers to the order dated 01st December, 2025 passed by this Court, which reads as under: “ORAL ORDER Learned AGA submits that there are certain discrepancies in the various columns of the RTC and for reconciliation of the same, the Assistant Commissioner is looking into the matter. It is further submitted that the phodi proceedings would be completed within five months. Learned AGA for State to file status report. Re-list the matter in the second week of January, 2026.” 4. Taking into account the fact that the undertaken has been given by the respondent-State on 01st December, 2025 before this Court and also the petitioner has already filed application through online as per Annexure-F series, respondents 3 to 5 are directed to conduct Phodi in respect of the subject land, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
