Challenging the order of cancellation of registration issued under the WBGST/CGST Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) dated 28th October, 2025, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time would submit that he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an application for revocation of the order of cancellation. 5. Having regard to such submissions, let the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6. In the event, any application for revocation of order of cancellation is filed, the proper officer having regard to the peculiar facts and observations made herein, shall 2 hear out and dispose of such revocation application on merits and in accordance with law. 7.
