1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view constitution of the Tribunal as on 12 August 2026, the petitioner does not was to proceed with this writ petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from the date and after complying with all necessary formalities.
2. In view of the above, WPA 608 of 2024 stands dismissed.
3. It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and all issues are left open to be decided by the Tribunal strictly in accordance with law.
