He would submit that as efficacious remedy is available in favour of the petitioner, this petition is not maintainable. 3. At this stage, Mr. Kale seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He would submit that liberty may be granted in favour of the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the said authority, and in turn, the authority concerned may be directed to decide it expeditiously in objective manner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Banjare and Mr. Kale, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation before the Directorate General of Military training (Boy Sports Company Cell), Integrated of MoD (Army), DHQ PO, New Delhi and said authority is directed to decide it in objective manner, 3 preferably within a period of 90 days from its receipt. 6.
