The present appeal is filed aggrieved by the orders passed by the Addl.Senior Civil Judge, Tenali in O.P.4/2012 dated 19.02.2013, wherein, the trial Court has considered the O.P. filed by the husband U/s.13(1)(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of the marriage. 3. Initially, the Hon’ble Court has admitted the matter and adjourned for hearing. 4.
