GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 17339 of 2026 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment by transfer as Junior Analyst on par with others in terms of Government Memo No.781/I.1/2012, dated 05.02.2019 of Respondent No.1 vide Proceedings in Rc.No.2889909/Estt./2025, dated 25.09.2025 of Respondent No.2. 2. The petitioner was appointed as a Pharmacist Grade-II in the year 2013. As there are vacancies in the post of Junior Analyst, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking consideration of his case for appointment as Junior Analyst. It is stated that vide letter Rc.No.3272640/E4.D/2026, dated 11.06.2026, respondent No.3 addressed a communication to respondent No.2 stating that respondent No.3 has no objection to the petitioner’s appointment by transfer from Pharmacist Grade-II to Junior Analyst under the 20% in- service quota. 3. Though the petitioner submitted his representation on 12.06.2026, no further action has been taken thereon. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submits that an appropriate decision will be taken. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to examine the grievance of the 3 petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the recruitment rules in vogue. There shall be no order as to costs.
