Ms. Pandey, learned advocate appearing for the Election Commission of India would submit that she is not in a position to produce the copy of the order passed by the SIR Tribunal as the same is not available with Election Commission of India. According to her, it is the Tribunal which can make available the copies of the order passed by the SIR Tribunal. 2. In the peculiar facts, the learned Registrar, Circuit Bench at Jalpaiguri is directed to communicate this order to the protocol officer of the SIR Tribunal to make available the copies of the order, if any, passed by the appellate authority as also by the SIR Tribunal when the matter is taken up next. 3.
