Learned counsel for the petitioners has invited the attention of the Court to the memorandum of settlement dated 20.01.2026, particularly paragraph No.7 which reads as under: "7. The respondent has agreed to co-operate to close the C.C.No.22402/2025 pending before 32nd ACJM, Bengaluru filed against petitioner. The respondent has also agreed that she will not pursue any complaints filed earlier against the petitioner." 7. The present petition is filed to quash the aforementioned proceeding. As already noticed, respondent No.2 has not appeared. 8.
