The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned ‘A’ Summary No. 04 of 2025, filed on 30.06.2025 by respondent No.2 – Police Station Officer, Kharangana, Tahsil Arvi, District Wardha, after completion of the investigation pertaining to First Information Report No. 236 of 2025, registered on 08.04.2025 with the aforesaid Police Station. 3. Perusal of the aforesaid ‘A’ Summary reveals that the same was submitted on 30.06.2025. The petitioner has directly challenged the said ‘A’ Summary before this Court. In our view, the petitioner ought to have filed a protest petition before the learned Magistrate, opposing the acceptance of the said ‘A’ Summary. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present 2026:BHC-NAG:10707-DB 102.Cr.WP.631.2026 2/2 writ petition with liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy as available in law. 5.
