The present appeal is filed by the appellant/husband against the orders passed by the Addl.Senior Civil Judge, Anantapur in O.P.44/2008 dated 19.07.2010, wherein, the trial Court has dismissed the petition filed by the husband U/s.13(1)(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, for dissolution of the marriage and for decree of divorce. 3.
