Mr. Sobhan Majumder Ms. Kalpita Paul ….for the petitioner Mr. Rudraman Bhattacharyya Ms. Koushikee Banerjee …for the State respondents Mr. Priyam Misra Ms. Ankita Misra Ms. Sananda Das ….for the private respondents 1) Matter is heard in presence of learned advocates representing petitioner, State respondents and private respondents. 2) Mr. Majumder, learned advocate representing petitioner submits that after filing charge-sheet on completion of investigation in Belda Police Station Case No. 315/2024 dated 24th December, 2024 application under Section 193(9) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that jurisdictional Magistrate directed investigating agency to further investigate and submit a report. 2 3) Grievance of petitioner is that appropriate steps are not being taken up by investigating agency while investigating aforesaid criminal prosecution in terms of order of jurisdictional Magistrate. 4) On behalf of State respondents it is submitted that steps are being taken to conclude further investigation. In addition thereto, it is submitted that there are FIR and counter FIR at the instance of respective parties and police authorities have taken steps in connection with said FIRs. According to State respondents, charge-sheets have been filed in accordance with law. 5) Having considered the case made out in this writ petition, concerned investigating agency is directed to conclude further investigation expeditiously in accordance with law and file report before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 6) With aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of. 7) Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
