There was a hot altercation which had bolstered up to such an extent that a criminal case had to be registered. State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and has drawn the attention of the court to the statement of the witnesses. I find from the materials in the case diary that two Judicial Officers were assaulted and even a police officer was assaulted. 2 Considering the nature of the offence committed, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2917 of 2026 is dismissed.
