Copy of said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 3) In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of parties, no further order need be passed since grievance of petitioner stands redressed. 4) Writ petition stands disposed of. 5) Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from official website of this Court.
