The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the second paragraph of the order dated 12.06.2026, it should be ''the appellate authority concerned is directed to consider the appeal without going into the question of limitation' instead of 'the Court is directed to consider the appeal without going into the question of limitation'. 3.The said submission is acceded.
