INDIRESH ORAL ORDER After perusal of the cause title of the writ petition, this Court raised preliminary objection as to the filing of the writ petition by the petitioner-State before the Principal Bench at Bengaluru showing the petitioners as the Assistant Commissioner, Bijapura Sub-Division and the Tahsildar, Vijayapura Taluk, despite the fact that the State is well aware about the existence of Kalaburgi Bench as a jurisdictional High Court Bench. 2. In view of the aforesaid objection raised by this Court, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner-State submits that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the petition, with a liberty to file appropriate petition before the Kalaburgi Bench. 3.
