The Petitioners herein have restricted the prayer only to the extent that the communication forwarded by the Director of Education, Pune, dated 09.05.2023 and the process of the appointments of the present petitioners has been directed by the Co-ordinate Bench at Kolhapur in the case of Deepak Keru Masaye & Ors. Vs. The Union of India & Ors in Writ Petition No.12752/2024 dated 24.03.2026 and the petitioners treated equally in the case of similarly placed ICT teachers. 2. We have perused the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, wherein the Co-ordinate Bench has directed that in the light of the restricted prayer made by the Petitioners, the Petition stands disposed of with a direction that the Chief Secretary, School Education and Sports Department, 2026:BHC-NAG:10857-DB (2) 35.WP.4164.2026 Mantralaya, Mumbai, shall process and dispose of the proposal forwarded by the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, dated 09.05.2023, within a period of 6 months. 3. Learned AGP submitted that he has received the oral communication that the present petitioners are similarly situated. He also brought to our notice the communication to the Commissioner, Pune, addressed by the Additional Secretary, Maharashtra State, in view of the directions issued by the Co-ordinate Bench. 4. In view of that, this petition also stands disposed of with a direction that the Chief Secretary, School Education and Sports Department Mantralaya, Mumbai, shall also consider the present petitioners for processing and disposing of the proposal forwarded by the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, dated 09.05.2023, along with them. 5.
