JUSTICE MUNNURI LAXMAN Order 17/04/2026 1. With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is heard on final disposal. 2. The present writ petition has been filed being aggrieved of termination of the services of the petitioner, who was working on the post of Medical Officer on UTB basis. The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner is being replaced by regular employees. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision of a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Dr. Amit Sharma & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4231/2025) [2026:RJ-JP:16125] (2 of 2) [CW-6959/2026] passed on 01.04.2025. Operative portion of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed in the case of Dr. Amit Sharma (supra) reads as follows: "5. Considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners against the vacant posts (if any) in case, the respondents desire to take the services of the petitioner, till regularly selected candidates are available to them." 4. In view of the above cited order, the present writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms as passed in the case of Dr. Amit Sharma (supra). 5.
