Having gone through the impugned judgment and decree passed by the Courts below, prima facie, it appears that the monetary value involved in the subject matter of the appeal is Rs.1,04,600/-. It further appears that the original respondent – plaintiff has already died and his legal representatives are on record. 3. Having gone through the aforesaid aspect and only on the smallness of amount, this Court would not like to go into the merit of the appeal. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is not entertained only on the smallness of the amount. The C/SA/227/2007 ORDER DATED: 30/09/2026 (GJHC240546562007) substantial questions of law framed and involved in the appeal are kept open, which shall be decided in appropriate case. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. All pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
