1. Matter is heard in terms of the order dated 31st August, 2026 when Mr. Rajdeep Mazumder, learned Additional Advocate General representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 9th September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Contai Police Station and same is taken on record. Copies of the said communication are made over to learned advocate representing petitioner and learned advocates representing private respondents.
2. It is disclosed in the said communication dated 9th September, 2026 that representation of the petitioner does not report commission of cognizable offence as it has been found on preliminary enquiry. It also discloses that issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature.

3. Be that as it may taking note of the contents of the communication dated 9th September, 2026, present writ petition is disposed of thereby granting liberty to petitioner to take steps, in accordance with law.
