For the Opposite Party: A.P.P. --- 02/24.03.2026 Heard Mr. Nilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chas Mufassil P.S. Case No.10 of 2026. It has been alleged that on a secret information, one SUV car was stopped by the police and the petitioner and the other co-accused persons were apprehended. From their possession arms and ammunitions were recovered. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one live cartridge was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2026. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner does not have any antecedents and only one bullet was recovered from his possession, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bokaro in connection with Chas Mufassil P.S.
