(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent higher authorities to take immediate strict legal action against the respondent no. 6 for his above illegal act. (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to provide any other relief to the petitioner deemed fit on the fact and circumstances of the instant case. 2. After arguing for some times, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file better constituted petition afresh. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow above limited prayer. 4. As prayed, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
