The memo reads as under: "The undersigned Counsel for the Petitioner most respectfully submits that the Petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition. That the prayer sought in the present petition, which relates to quashing of the statement of the Petitioner recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as CW-80 dated 23.11.2022, in connection with SPL.C. No. 744/2023 pending before the Hon'ble XLIX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Court for Trial of NIA Cases at Bengaluru, has become unnecessary to be pursued before this Hon'ble Court.
