The revisional application has been preferred by the husband/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.180 of 2025 from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, at Nabadwip, Nadia to the Court of learned District Judge at Chinsurah, Hooghly on the ground that the opposite party/wife is a staff of Nabadwip Court. 3. It is the case of the petitioner/husband that he resides at Burdwan Road, Tarakeshwar, Post Office- Tarakeshwar, Dist-Hooghly, Pin-712410. 4. On the other hand, the opposite party/wife resides at Baidik Para Lane, Post Office & Police Station-Nabadwip, Dist-Nadia, Pin-741302. 5. Thus keeping in mind the convenience of the parties herein the Matrimonial Suit no. 180 of 2025 be withdrawn from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, at Nabadwip, Nadia and be transferred to the 2 Court of learned Additional District Judge, Purba Bardhaman. 6. The learned Additional District Judge at Purba Bardhaman shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 7. Keeping in mind the case of the parties herein, the learned Additional District Judge at Purba Bardhaman, shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 8. CO 2920 of 2026 stands disposed of. 9. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 10. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
