The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(i) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) & direction(s) a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent authorities to furnish the certified copy of the entire documents notings and correspondences kept in file no. 06/ Mukadma, (Pakur,) 259/2023-1080(6)/R, dated 02.04.2024 and also issue the certified copies of the letter vide no. 1080/R, dated 02.04.2024, mentioned in letter vide no. 683/R, dated 04.07.2024 and certified copies of the file no. 26/2019-20 & part file having notings and orders kept page no. 28 of file no. 26/2019-20, in this regard the petitioner has applied as per the rules and regulations scheduled- XII, Form No. 57, Board Misc. Form No. 124, as prescribed by the State Govt. dated on 26.09.2025 and 29.10.2025, respectively. AND/OR (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) & direction(s) a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent authorities to furnish the certified copy of 555-Ra. Dated 24.07.2012, it is submitted that the petitioner apply the said letter as per the rules and regulations through the scheduled-XII, Form No. 57, Board Misc. Form No. 124, dated on 11.11.2025, with a legal court fee, but till today respondent authority not provide the certified copy which is illegal, arbitrary, and against the rules and regulations (ANNEXURE-3).” 2. The law has been settled that for getting information specific regime has been created i.e. Right to Information Act (RTI) and as such learned 2026:JHHC:1921 Page | 2 W.P. (C) No.7916 of 2025 counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3. Permission is accorded. 4.
