Learned advocate for the State submits that there has been alleged recovery of 22.957 kg of ganja. However, records do not reflect that there are any previous antecedents of the present petitioner. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the petitioner be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Mustaqui @ Mustafa in CRM (NDPS) 1452 of 2026. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Mosin Khan @ Masim Khan @ Mousin Khan] is Allowed. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1935 of 2026 is allowed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
