In view of the above, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and extends the time limit for compliance of order. Accordingly, the official respondents are directed to rectify the technical glitch that has arisen in the Government Online Portal, maintained by the 1st respondent, for registration of documents and register the petitioner’s Joint Assignment Agreement, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
