2. The prayer is to quash and set aside charge-sheet dated
15.04.2026.

Learned counsel for respondents, on instructions, makes a statement that the charge-sheet has been withdrawn. She submits that a pursis to that effect will be filed by tomorrow.
4. The statement is accepted.
5. In view of above, the petitioner is satisfied with the development. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Needless to say that consequences of withdrawal of the charge-sheet will follow, which includes consideration of prayer clause (2) of the petition, which reads thus:
“[2] after quashing the impugned order dated 21.1.2026, direct the respondents to remove the noting pertaining to the suspension and disciplinary enquiry in the service book of the petitioner; and direct the respondents to treat the suspension period of petitioner i.e. from 09/01/2026 to 06/21/2026 as service period and to pay the salary of this period to the petitioner” (JUDGE) (JUDGE) Kahale Signed by: Kahale Designation: Senior Pvt.
