The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No.131 of 2025 arising out of Torpa P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 corresponding to G. R. No. 107 of 2025. An unidentified dead body was found lying near the road. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of the co-accused, Dubi Munda and Sukva Munda. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the confessional statement, there are no other materials to connect the petitioner with the commission of murder. Learned A.P.P. though has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner, but not disputed the aforesaid facts. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti in connection with S.T.
