It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that her son had expired due to electrocution and hence her claims for damages. On behalf of the respondent authority, it is submitted that the electrocution occurred at the residence of the petitioner and there is no fault which can be attributed to the respondent WBSEDCL. In view of the above, WPA 25859 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and disposed of the representation 2 dated 01.09.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and after granting a right of hearing if necessary to the petitioner. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 3 is directed to act strictly in accordance with law. Since no affidavits are called for, the allegations contained in the petition are not admitted. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
