The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is the Administrator of the subject temple. Already, a civil decree is in favour of the petitioner and by the strength of the same, he seeks the indulgence of this Court to permit him to conduct temple festival on 02.08.2026 and 03.08.2026. In this regard, he had made a representation to the respondents. The same is not considered. Hence, this writ petition. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the representation will be considered. 5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 6. The 4th respondent is directed to put the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS and the petitioner is directed to produce the decree in his favour. Thereafter, the 4th respondent police is directed to make sure that the 5th respondent is not hindering in the conduct of the temple festival and further directed to afford necessary police protection on payment of necessary charges in terms of GO.Ms.No.139, Home (Pol-VIII) Department, dated 04.03.2019 for the temple festival to be conducted on 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.(MD)No.3151 of 2026 02.08.2026 and 03.08.2026. 7.
