The petitioners herein on 11.11.2025 has filed the current Review Petition seeking review of the order dated 13.10.2025 passed in R.F.A.No.1065/2024, subsequent to filing of the above Revision Petition the petitioners has filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.No.4034/2026, the Hon'ble Apex Court by order dated 30.01.2026 has passed an order which reads as hereunder:- "1. Issue notice, returnable on 16.03.2026. 2. Mr. Amit Pai, learned Advocate on Record, has entered caveat and accepts notice for Respondents. Hence, service of formal notice to the respondents is waived. 3. Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks.
