The case of the petitioner is under adjudication. This Court finds that the petitioner has made a representation to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nadia Collectorate, Krishnanagar but the petitioner has not made any application to the District Election Officer. 2. Accordingly, petitioner is given liberty to file a detailed application to the District Election Officer within a period of one week from date and if any representation is made by the petitioner to the District Election Officer, the District Election Officer shall consider the representation of the petitioner after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 2 3. With the above observation, WPA 11758 of 2026 is disposed of. 4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
