The present PIL has been filed alleging that the private respondent no.5 is in illegal possession of land of Irrigation Department and public road. 2. It is admitted that proceedings under The Uttar Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1972 are already pending against respondent no.5. 3. In view of it, we are of the considered opinion that the law should be permitted to take its own course 1 2026:UHC:1502-DB and we decline to entertain the instant PIL. It is accordingly dismissed. 4.
