This is an application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in connection with Doboka P.S Case No. Page No.# 2/2 194/2025. 3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with the aforesaid case on the allegation that he was involved in slaughtering of cattle and illegal sale and transportation of beef. 4. The co-accused of the case who is the son of the present petitioner has already been granted by the learned Addl. CJM, Hojai vide order dated 24.03.2026. 5. As upon perusal of the C.R it was seen that the beef was not found in possession of the accused or in any compound related to the accused person and also that there was no seizure list available and therefore, there was no documentation of recovery of beef in the instant case. 6. Having regard to the above, prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. 7. The petitioner namely Abdul Malik, shall be release on bail with a bail bond of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousand) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, in the event of his arrest in connection with Doboka P.S Case No. 194/2025. 8.
