The memo reads as under: "In the writ petition, the letter bearing No.DGM/SAMP/LS/882, dated 06/12/2016 issued by the second respondent advising the petitioners that their photographs will be published in newspapers and through other modes is challenged on the ground that the petitioners were not heard and that the impugned letter is not preceeded by any notice. The second respondent hereby submits that they shall not give effect to the impugned letters. Any further action against the petitioners will be only after due process of law.
