Heard Mr. Viveka Nand Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 1042 of 2023 (Ankit Yadav Vs. Chandra Bali Yadav and 5 Others), under Sections 498A, 323 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station Chilh, District Mirzapur, pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/FTC (CAW), Mirzapur, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the case is of the year 2023 and has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Anil Kumar, Viveka Nand Maurya Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Ankita Yadav .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 6 Others .....Opposite Party(s) legal impediment, without permitting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of without issuing any notice to opposite party Nos. 2 to 7 as it is an innocuous order.
